"Poor Support Experience"

I placed an order for Cinematic Universe. One of the videos skips, which is a bummer. I've sent a couple of emails but haven't heard back. I attempted to reach out through their website, but it keeps rejecting my request, claiming there are issues and to try again later. While I'm generally pleased with what I bought, I'm really let down by their customer support and the whole satisfaction guarantee they advertise.
